Return Policy - We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Any returns must be made within 5 days of receipt. To protect your investment, please insure the package for its full retail value. As soon as we receive it and determine it is still in original condition, we will refund your purchase price. It must be returned in new condition (including no cigarette odor). Shipping charges are not refundable unless you are returning an item due to our error.
Refunds for items returned within five days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. If you make an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
